Shamanic Sundays: Deepening Our Spiritual Growth

These afternoons provide an experience of some of the basics of indigenous beliefs.  While I am not indigenous, I have had the chance to study a variety of indigenous thought, in particular the Peruvian Medicine Path.  My teachers have encouraged me to share their teachings, as we all strive for a deeper balance with the earth, and with each other.

This year, each Sunday will focus on the sacred as discovered in each of the four directions.  This understanding is foundational to indigenous thought, and can deepen our spiritual practices.  We will also learn about the "spirit animal guides" that are in each direction.

Each Sunday will include:

• Guided meditation to center and listen to your guidance.
• Learning about and experiencing each direction.
• Sacred sounds and chants.
• Exploring areas for your own growth and healing.
• Simple rituals and hands-on practices you can incorporate in your life.
• Sharing with others in a supportive and loving environment.

You can attend one, two, three, or all four events.   Space is limited.

Sliding scale of $30-60 for each event.  Barter is available in the form of helping prepare the space, or helping set up/clean up.  Please never let the cost prohibit your participation.

The workshops will run from 1 PM - 5 PM.
