About the event
Are you looking to deepen your spiritual understandings and practices? Join a group of seekers as we explore the basics of shamanic thought, and explore several options for how you might build a daily practice of connecting to the natural world.
The workshop will include
- Guided meditation to center and listen to your guidance.
- A Peruvian grounding chant.
- Learning about luminous threads, energy fields, and daily cleansing of your physical and emotional body.
- Sun Salutations - simple movements to greet the day from the shamans of Ecuador.
- Discussions of prayer and ways to pray.
- Sharing with others in a supportive and loving environment.
The event is hosted at Ruth & Mary's farm, where you are invited in to a rural, rustic setting complete with lambs, chickens, beautiful trees and gardens, and the simplicity of a life connected to the earth.
Cost is sliding scale: $30-60. Barter is available (assistance with set-up and clean-up, or prior help on grounds). Pre-registration is required, and payment is due the day of the event.
