Shamanic Sunday: Developing Plant Allies

Developing plant allies for our wellness is a tradition handed down for centuries. Using common herbs that many of us grow, we will:

• explore the medicinal properties of these common herbs
• harvest and create simple medicinals
• learn about herbal teas as we blend our own
• create delicious food using these gifts of the earth for a celebratory time together

The event is hosted at Ruth & Mary's farm, where you are invited in to a rural, rustic setting complete with lambs, chickens, beautiful trees and gardens, and the simplicity of a life connected to the earth.

Cost is sliding scale:  $30-60.  Barter is available (assistance with set-up and clean-up, or prior help on grounds).  Pre-registration is required, and payment is due the day of the event.
