About the event
We are in a time in history where we are being called to become our best centered Self, building up that Self through learning, practice, reflection and spiritual tools.
Using the 8C’s of Internal Family Systems as a framework for the year, we will explore each of the C’s, and challenge ourselves to integrate that value into our centered Self.
Develop a heart-centered approach to traveling through this life. What are you here to offer in this lifetime? We will experience and find the tools to develop rituals and ceremonies.
The wisdom of Chakana of the South American Shamans will provide a framework and instruction.
