CALM: A Shamanic Sunday Of Teachings and Practice

 We are in a time in history where we are being called to become our best centered Self, building up that Self through learning, practice, reflection and spiritual tools. 

Using the 8C’s of Internal Family Systems as a framework for the year, we will explore each of the C’s, and challenge ourselves to integrate that value into our centered Self.

This Sunday features an overview of Andean Traditions - Yachay (wisdom) and Munay (love) and Llankay (service) all practiced in Ayni (reciprocity) with all things.  We will learn about and create basic tools for staying calm and centered - from connecting to the cycles and seasons of the year, to creating and using smudging, to connecting to moon cycles - and using these tools in service.
