Spiritual Sundays: Sound, Song, and Spirit

Music and sound are part of how Spirit moves us.  Through chants and sounds, we will connect to the earth, to Spirit, and to each other in the deep ways of music.  A sound bath  allows us to sink into a full mind and body meditative experience while listening to resonant sounds.  It is a beautiful experience of listening for Spirit’s guidance.

Special guest: Brenna Ruth - Brenna will share sounds from an ocean drum, singing bowls, gongs, and koshi chimes.
